We manage our operations through three operating segments: 
 

Our downhole & machine shop provides both manufacturing and repair services for downhole tools and any other needed parts. The surface shop is a provider of various fabrication related needs from machining and welding to assembling and packing and transportation. And finally we have placed the main office and warehouse besides together to offer a faster and better service to the customer.

 

1- Downhole & Tools Machine Shops:

• It is currently located in a 3500 m² land with 2000 m² covered area as the plant.
• Several high volume turning machines, powerful milling machines, 12 meters CNC 4 axis milling machine, special CNC machine for slotting casing pipes, 400 ton pressing machine, API certified threading equipment, breakout machine and different kinds of machining and industrial welding equipment.
• Manufacturing and repairing stabilizer (up to 17 ½”), junk mill, drill collars (6 ½”, 8 ½”, 9 ¾”), Drilling tools x-overs (VAM, BTU, FH, REG, IF), etc.
 
 

2- Surface Welding & Machine Shop:

• located in a 5400 m² land with 2500 m² covered area as the machine shop.
• Several high volume turning machines, boring machine, milling machines up to 8 meters, lathes, radial drilling machines, gate lathe machine and different kinds of industrial welding and plasma welding equipment.
• Manufacturing and repairing various metal products.
